It is our great pleasure to welcome you to Dulwich & Sydenham Hill Golf Club. Whether you’re a seasoned member or visiting us for the first time, we’re proud to be known as one of London’s most welcoming and friendly golf clubs – and we’re delighted to have you with us.
Dulwich & Sydenham Hill Golf Club was founded in 1894. Now in our 132nd year, our course, designed by the great Harry S. Colt, is set among mature oaks on the slopes of Sydenham Hill, overlooking Dulwich College, the surrounding area and with stunning views of London’s skyline.
Former members include four-time Harry Vardon Trophy winner Peter Oosterhuis. We have an active membership of over 800 playing members including busy seniors, ladies and junior sections.
We are extremely proud to be supporting St Christopher’s Hospice this year as our Captains’ Charity for 2026/27. We felt that a local charity, close to members’ hearts, would be a fitting choice and we look forward to continuing and building on the longstanding association between the club and St Christopher’s.
Not only do we want to raise vital funds for St Christopher’s but also, we wish to highlight to our members, their families and to all within the local community, the very special and varied services St Christopher’s provides, free of charge, to support palliative and end-of-life care patients and their families.
It costs over £34 million annually to run the hospice and these services. The NHS only funds around a third of this total and St Christopher’s must fundraise for the rest.
You can find out more information about St Christopher’s on their website at www.stchristophers.org.uk

This year we have a busy programme of events to support St Christopher’s including Captains’ Day on June 12th 2027, Invitation Day on 26th June 2027 and a St Christopher’s Golf Day on 8th July 2027.
We look forward to seeing you around the Club and on the golf course.
Best wishes,
Bob Seale – Gentleman Captain
Lise Newberry – Lady Captain
